I’m sure you’ve noticed a change in the look and working order of our website. We’ve been undergoing a lot of changes lately, and will continue to over the next couple months.
My name is Carla, and my husband Michael and I are the proud new owners of Pocono Mountain Coffee. We live in small town Ashley, Pennsylvania with our 2 cats. No kids… yet.
With a culinary arts background, Michael spent several hectic years working as a chef and kitchen manager. He soon began looking for a way to slow life down to a more enjoyable pace and since we measure coffee by the pot instead of by the cup in our house, this seemed like a good fit.
I’ve spent the last 5 years working at a wonderful photography studio, Guy Cali Associates, and loved it. This year begins completely new as I now invest all my time in providing you with the best coffee and service possible.
We are very excited to have the opportunity to serve you! We are a small business in the truest sense, and we look at that as an opportunity to know each of you and give you one on one customer service. We are still a work in progress, so please be patient with us as things continue to be improved. We would love to hear from you with any suggestions for improvements and also what you like.
