Shipping and Return Policy
We pack all orders as they come in so the coffee is as fresh as possible. We make every effort to ship your order within 48 hours. (excluding holidays and weekends) We do not make any money on shipping. We merely pass along the charges which we are charged. Most orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service). All shipping is calculated using the official UPS systems database. You may chose from Next Day, 2 Day or Ground. An estimated arrival date is available by going to www.ups.com. However, due to the high price of shipping to some areas, we will occasionally use the United States Postal Service to decrease your shipping cost on retail orders as we find necessary. If the UPS shipping charge is over $14.95, we will utilize the United States Postal Service's Flat Rate shipping system. The total to be charged to your credit card will then be decreased accordingly. This does not apply to Next Day or 2nd Day shipping.
Pocono Mountain Coffee uses only the world's finest coffees and guarantees the quality of its products. To receive a refund, please send the unused portion of the product with an explanation and we will refund the purchase or replace the product at our digression upon receipt.
